Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing PlusAgency POS. Our Ultimate Plan is designed to provide a comprehensive, all-in-one management experience for your restaurant. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Services
  • Business & Ultimate Monthly Plans: Payments for the Monthly Business or Ultimate plans are non-refundable. Once the premium features are activated, the subscription will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Business & Ultimate Yearly Plans: Payments for the Yearly plans are non-refundable. Since the yearly plans include a significant discount (e.g., 2 months free), we do not offer partial or full refunds for mid-term cancellations.

  • Feature Availability: Access to specific features like WhatsApp  is strictly limited to the Ultimate Plan. Upgrading from Business to Ultimate is possible at any time, but downgrading will not result in a refund for the remaining period.

​2. "Try Before You Buy" Policy
​We provide a Lifetime Free Plan with essential features and a live demo of the Ultimate Plan.
​We strongly encourage all restaurant owners to evaluate the software's compatibility with their business needs during the trial period. Activation of a paid subscription implies that you are satisfied with the product.

​3. System Uptime & Technical Issues
​PlusAgency POS is a cloud-based SaaS. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by the user's internet provider, hardware issues, or third-party API changes (such as WhatsApp).
​In case of a major server-side failure exceeding 48 hours, we may provide a subscription extension at our sole discretion.

​4. No Pro-Rata Refunds
​If you decide to stop using the Ultimate Plan before your subscription expires, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days. However, you will continue to have access to all features until the end of your paid period.

​5. Setup & Training Fees
​Any one-time charges for On-site Setup, Menu Configuration, or Staff Training are non-refundable as they cover the operational costs and time invested by our technical team.

​6. Cancellation
​You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your Admin Dashboard. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
