This Refund Policy applies to the POS (Point of Sale) software and related services managed by PlusAgency. By purchasing or subscribing to the POS, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of the Service

  • The POS software is a digital product / service delivered electronically.

  • Once access is provided, the service is considered delivered.

  • No physical goods are shipped.


2. Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees (monthly, yearly, or custom plans) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • Charges apply regardless of actual usage during the billing period.


3. Setup & Onboarding Fees

  • One-time setup, configuration, customization, or onboarding fees are non-refundable.

  • These charges cover time, resources, and technical work already performed.


4. Trial Period (If Applicable)

  • If a free or paid trial is offered, users must evaluate the POS during the trial period.

  • No refunds will be issued after the trial period ends and the subscription is activated.


5. Technical Issues

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Temporary downtime or scheduled maintenance

  • Internet, hardware, or device-related issues

  • Third-party service failures (payment gateways, SMS providers, printers)

PlusAgency will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues through support and updates.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

  • Access to the POS may continue until the end of the paid period.


7. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was charged multiple times due to a system error

  • Service was never activated due to a verified technical failure

Any approved refund is at the sole discretion of PlusAgency.


8. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.


9. Account Suspension or Termination

  • Refunds are not applicable if access is suspended or terminated due to:

    • Violation of Terms & Conditions

    • Misuse or illegal activities

    • Non-payment or chargebacks


10. Changes to This Policy

PlusAgency reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the POS after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.


11. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
